Analog & Mixed Signal Predictive Device & Process Simulation (TCAD) Engineer
This role is for a TCAD engineer in the Analog & Mixed Signal Technology Development area. Responsibilities are to develop physically predictive process and device simulations to approximate experimental results using common practices. These are used to design and simulate device and process structures for semiconductor technology development for future production with the ultimate goal of identification of optimal semiconductor process flow and device performance options via predictive TCAD. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing standardized reports which provide a quantitative assessment of calibration quality, and to summarize the simulation results and report to device design engineers and program managers for product development and evaluation.
Required
* Master's Degree
* At least 3 years experience in Apply Knowledge of Semiconductor Device Physics
* At least 3 years experience in Apply Knowledge of Semiconductor Technology
* At least 6 months experience in TCAD Process simulation
* At least 2 years experience in TCAD Device simulation
* English: Fluent
Preferred
* Engineering
* At least 5 years experience in Apply Knowledge of Semiconductor Device Physics
* At least 5 years experience in Apply Knowledge of Semiconductor Technology
* At least 3 years experience in TCAD Process simulation
* At least 3 years experience in TCAD Device simulation
