We are currently recruiting for a Integration Architect to join our Application Deployment Team.
This role will be responsible for the general technical consultant tasks:
Designing, implementing, and supporting Windows Server and Network environments for clients of our Enterprise and Sunrise product lines, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for SQL Server, operating system and hardware issues.
Perform application installations, upgrades, and technical project leadership for existing and new customers.
Building strong, positive relationship with the customer and project team members.
Providing technical guidance for Customers to strengthen their knowledge or technical skill levels.
Additional Responsibilities Include:
Data protection (backup and anti-virus systems)
Firewall and switch configuration and management
SAN implementation and management
Infrastructure maintenance and support (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, WINS).
Experience with Windows Server Operating Systems (Windows 2000, 2003, 2008), Active Directory and related infrastructure services, Windows 2000/2003/2008 domain environments, anti-virus software, backup applications, supporting VMware virtualization, and strong troubleshooting skills are required.
Citrix Xen Server implementation and management
Experience setting up and supporting automated monitoring
Authoring Change Control Policies
Executing Change Control Policies
Performance and capacity monitoring and planning
Experience & Education:
Strong Knowledge of software applications and operating platforms, storage area networks, business continuity and disaster recovery.
Basic familiarity with healthcare organizations. BA/BS in Computer Science or MIS or equivalent work experience required.
2+ years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server Management and Administration.
5+ years of experience in hardware and Microsoft operating system Management (Windows 2000/2003/2008) in a networked environment required.
5+ years of experience performing component hardware and Microsoft operating system installations, modifications, replacements and changes required.
5+ years of experience with Microsoft s Active Directory and Exchange e-mail technologies, including all related services (DDNS, WINS, DHCP, etc.) required.
5+ years experience with various security patching systems including Microsoft s SMS Server, WSUS, or any other third party application required.
Experience with VMware, Lab Manager, ESX Server, and Xen Server
Knowledge of SAN (storage area networks), data replication and backup
Ability to communicate and problem solve efficiently and effectively with identified customers and IT personnel to ensure the implementation of accurate processes required.
Typically has 10+ years of experience and has completely mastered relevant industry and business skills and possesses the highest level of technical expertise demonstrating the strongest of skills acquired through advanced training and study
Strong written, oral, and presentation skills for audience appropriate delivery (i.e executive, clinician, project team levels)
Expert level organizational, team work and collaboration skills. Ability to pull people together form various parts of the organization to work cohesively in the architecting and delivery of comprehensive strategic plans
Provide expert consultative guidance and direction on change initiatives affecting clinical care and/or revenue cycle management processes
Ability to synthesize intertwined and complex initiatives into a single plan and approach for execution
Experience in creating and communicating value propositions with sales, clients and delivery teams. Includes understanding and working appreciation for the fluidity of the sales process and changing priorities and can employ skills to manage the impact of this fluidity
Strongly prefer Allscripts application and/or implementation experience
Track record of providing consistently excellent customer service with previously strategies planning experience a requirement
Preference:
7+ years of consulting or relevant strategic planning experience that includes a deep understanding of the Allscripts product solutions, services, healthcare industry, market trends, implementation processes, etc.
Travel Requirements:
Ability to travel up to 100% of the time by various conveyances, e.g., airplane, railroad, automobile, may be away from home for up to or in excess of four nights per week, or what is necessary to meet client needs.
Language:
Fluency in English, both verbal and written
