Description

CTG is in need of a Circuit Design Engineer to work at their client site in Burlington, Vermont. The ASIC Test PE Team owns resolution of initial test issues that occur on new part numbers (specifications, design, tester setup, etc) and driving yield improvements (systematic detractors and circuit limited yield) . The applicant must have good communication skills and be able to work with cross-functional areas (IP design, Test analysis engineering, ASIC test development, etc) to debug manufacturing test and yield issues, to identify root cause and drive corrective actions. Strong communication skills & ability to interface with: Managementt teams, OEM clients and internal customers, often interacting with client executives.

Some specific tasks and skills necessary in this job include: Ability to analyze manufacturing tester files and data (ie. data files, test programs, test specifications), understanding of ASIC test methodology, ability to understand process and circuit sensitivities, Cadence Encouter

(TestBench) knowledge, Customer applications knowledge, data analysis and manufacturing tester experience.

This is a long term contract position to commence ASAP.
