Reinhart FoodService, an industry leader in wholesale food distribution, is looking for a Human Resources Manager in our ________________ facility.

The Human Resources Manager serves as an internal consultant to managers, advising them on employee relations, legislative changes, current trends in human resources management, etc. and will participate as an active member on the local leadership team. Duties include: support key clients / business partners with all functional areas of human resources; confers with management to identify current and future staffing needs; coordinate new hire paperwork and orientation; recruit, pre-screen and log job applicants; implement, update, and maintain human resource policies and procedures; administer worker's compensation leave and return to work program; employee relations and communication; promote safety initiatives, and all other duties as assigned.

Qualifications include: Bachelor's degree in Business and Human Resources or equivalent experience; 2 - 3 years of current human resources generalist experience, with strong leadership and hands-on capabilities in employee relations, staffing, client service, worker's compensation, payroll and performance management; previous supervisory experience; proficient in MS Office programs including Word, Excel and Outlook; PHR/SPHR preferred.
