We are currently recruiting for an Interface Analyst.

Responsibilities Include:

Interface
Design, develop, test, deliver high quality code to perform various types of Allscripts interfaces for new
and existing clients
Ownership of assigned interface project deliverables.
Document Interface specifications and plans for Implementation with customer/vendors.
Provide expert level knowledge of Allscripts data schema
Provide expert knowledge of HL7 and IHE interface technologies.
Provide expert knowledge of Enterprise Networking technologies.
Install software and interface definition on customer s servers
Create test plan templates and test with customer/vendor to insure that functionality meets the needs of
the customer
Provide interface and related workflow solutions within the guidelines of the interface team s custom
request procedures.
Provide technical assistance to other departments in relation to interface development and installation.
Provide 3rd level interface support
Represent the team in PLM programs to provide improved or new functionality to customers.
Obtain Client Test and Live Conversion Approval forms from interface clients
Resolves and or transfers SFDC cases to appropriate department
Provide customer training on the operation and mitigation of Interfaces.
Timely and accurate reporting of project status as required by Line or Project Manager.

Experience and Education:
BS Degree in relevant technical field, (Information Technology, Computer Science, Software, Engineering, or
related technical discipline), or equivalent combination of training and work experience.

May be required to work overtime or split shift during peak demand periods.
