Loan Insurance Monitoring Rep
This position is responsible for following all insurance (flood and/or hazard) policies and procedures to track and notify customers to ensure the Bank s collateral interest is always protected. In addition, this position is responsible for the accurate and timely handling of all loan folders.

Reviews all insurance cancellations and reinstatements based on department standards making sure the proper notification is sent to customers. Follows up with the Collection Dept. to ensure the Bank s collateral interest is always protected.

Provides a high level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Files all new policies in the appropriate loan file. Assists Account Managers with technical information related to insurance policies. Tracks and processes requests for information.

Backs up all positions as an insurance technical resource and processes the completion of quarterly audits for all consumer negotiable collateral.
Requirements
*
High School diploma or equivalency required.
1-2 years relevant experience.
*
Proficiency in basic computer skills required, ability to learn to use specific applications as needed.
*
Effective verbal and written communication skills are necessary to provide courteous and professional customer service.
*
Organizational skills and attention to detail are required to perform responsibilities in an efficient manner.
*
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
*
Ability to work with a team.
