The facilities technician specialist - Building Maintenance/CUP Operations/Control Systems will work in the facilities organization. Tasks will include but are not limited to the continuous operation and maintenance of the following systems -- HVAC, IWTP/BWTP, chemical operations, high temperature hot water system, chilled water system, glycol system, compressed air system, CEMS, DI Water System, and other systems that support manufacturing . This technician will have responsibility for proper operation of the systems, performing preventative maintenance activities on the systems, as well as responding to and analyzing/troubleshooting alarms and various system issues as required. Primary work activities will be related to the operation of the systems. Work will also include some mechanical work on air handlers, boilers, pumps, compressors, fans, motors, etc. Will work in a team environment with a focus on supporting the customer (facilities and manufacturing). Communications need to be clear, direct, timely, complete and tactful. Work schedule needs to be flexible as this is may be an off-shift position and/or require weekend work.

Experience and/or education in facilities systems such as HVAC, boiler operations, chilled water systems, glycol systems, compressed air systems or chemical systems is desirable. Increased career development opportunities may exist for those with experience in instrumentation and controls.

Associates degree minimum required.

* English: Intermediate

Preferred

* Associate's Degree/College Diploma in Engineering
* English : Fluent
