Systems and Technology group has the following openings in the Microelectronics Division s OEM Semiconductor area:

Business Management:
Supporting the overall OEM semiconductor businesses. Responsible for assisting senior Brand and headquarters executive management in developing business strategies and plans that enable successful competition in our chosen markets. Strong business, marketing, and quantitative skills are required, as well as an ability to work in both small and large cross-functional teams. Disciplines: Business, Finance, or MBA, or an Engineering major with a minor in Business.

Marketing:
Supporting the Custom Logic, Specialty Foundry and Custom Processor Brands. Responsible for assisting senior Brand and headquarters executive management in understanding and characterizing semiconductor market segment opportunities, and assisting the offering managers in developing marketing plans and long-term revenue forecasts. Targeted segments include networking, storage and consumer products. Strong marketing and quantitative skills are required, as well as the ability to identify business and industry trends, and find market niches where MD can offer competitive products. Disciplines: Marketing, Business, Finance or MBA, or an Engineering major with a minor in Business.

Program Management:
Supporting the Specialty Foundry Brand in our semiconductor hardware offerings. Key interface between actual and prospective customers, and the IBM technical community. Detailed technical sizing's, opportunity management from initial client engagement to successful design win and management of design execution through to full manufacturing volume production for our OEM Custom Logic and Specialty Foundry clients' semiconductor components and products. Disciplines: Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering.

Business Development: Supporting projects in semiconductor technology ecosystem development, partner management, and early adoption customer engagements. Conduct market segment analyses and develop segment penetration strategies. Good communication and project management skills are required. Disciplines: Electrical Engineering, with at least one internship w/semiconductor-related company.

Potential availability for all positions in Essex Junction, Vermont and Hopewell Junction, New York

Required

* High School Diploma/GED
* English: Intermediate

Preferred

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
* English : Fluent
