Duty Requirements:
* Support the Field Security Program within USCIS Office of Security and Integrity (OSI) Physical Security Division.
* Conduct analysis and develop concepts in support of program requirements.
? Conduct studies
? Prepare impact statements
? Evaluate program development
? Collect project data and documentation
* Translate mission and high-level organizational performance requirements into broad strategic or tactical goals, objectives and approaches to their achievement.
* Conduct Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 (HSPD-12) support.
? Conduct PIV Card enrollment and support
? Reconcile name or sponsorship discrepancies
* Monitor Significant Incident Reports and update the SIR tracking log. Provide updates and analysis.
* Collect, monitor and distribute National Security Information (NSI) violation reports.
* Support Field Security Managers; provide daily office updates and collect and distribute weekly reports.
* Support the Regional Field Security Team; develop and edit correspondence.
* Support the Regional/Deputy Regional Security Manager; provide daily briefings on open issues and projects, on regional and national issues and scheduled meetings. Attend meetings, record and distribute meeting minutes and other related documents and materials.
* Provide administrative support to the Field Security Program.
? Track and submit time and attendance input and audits
? Conduct inventories and place procurement orders
? Develop content and post updates onto the Regional SharePoint website
? Track and log training
? Coordinate travel
? Update calendars
* Create FSD subject-specific documents and reports, such as subject reports, subject summaries, and subject timelines.
* Create reports and briefs (non subject-specific), as needs are identified, on a periodic and as-needed basis.
* Draft responses to FSD related inquiries from various OSI constituents. (both within and external to USCIS).
* Qualifications at this level generally include a Bachelor s degree and three to seven years of related experience.
Clearance Requirement:
* Ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET Clearance
