Primary role responsibilities
? Participates in the roll out of plans to communicate plan, perform training, explain calculations, escalate issues, monitor and report on key performance indicators.
? Act as a liaison to HR, Finance, & Sales.
? As requested, provide input into dispute resolution and make recommendation to sales management on how incentives are paid if outside the scope of existing policy.
? Recommend improved processes and procedures for the management and administration of variable compensation plans.

Sales Compensation and Management
? Work with Sales Management and Finance to ensure proper implementation & execution of the compensation plan that will focus the sales organisation on the business objectives
? Ensure that the written compensation plans are in place and documented (to meet audit standards) for all sales individuals.
? Ensure that the calculations for compensation and the data sources required are in place to measure and pay sales people as defined by the plan.
? Communicating and training the Field and Sales Management on the Plans.
? Support Quota Setting taking the final budget and working with the Business Support Partners in each Geography to finalize targets for Sales
? Administer any quota changes as required and ensure proper adjustments documentation.
? Provide standard reporting to Sales Management on individual, territory, and geographic sales performance to quota on a regular basis (quota performance and commissions payouts vs. budget)
? Sales Metrics (development, reporting, and analysis).

Business Process
? Collaborates cross-functionally across the organization to assist with the integration and definition and rollout of standardized of global business / reporting processes.
? Provide expert functional knowledge for the business processes requirement and gaps for his/her business or functional area.
? Facilitates new business process change to the sales organisation.

Systems Support
? Systems experts in respective functional area.
? General functional knowledge of sales related system(s) to represent the needs of the field & management.
? Validate that all requirements submitted for sales reporting applications have been implemented according to specifications by actively participating in System Testing.
? Review and provide input to the FAQ s.
