Software Architects

Analyze and propose solutions for scalability, performance and feature enhancements of existing software system. Propose future software projects and get approval for budgeting needs from management. Lead R&D project team to study and manufacture new software development methodologies based on emerging software technologies and best practices. Present and promote experiences and best practices devised during the course of software projects. Provide weekly updates about project status to management and update the project plan accordingly. Present and carry out training on new software concepts and trends to the teams. Use .NET Framework with Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, Silverlight, Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF), Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Model View Controller Pattern (MVC), JQuery, Language Integrated Query (LINQ), Java/J2EE, IBM Eclipse IDE, SQL Server, Unified Model Language (UML), Gang of Four Design Patterns, Team Foundation Server (TFS), Perforce, Microsoft Project, Visio, Nunit, JUnit.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, Engineering or related) plus 5 years progressively-responsible experience in .NET Framework with 3 years experience in Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, LINQ, Java/J2EE, SQL Server, TFS, 2 years in WPF, WCF, IBM Eclipse IDE, Perforce, Nunit, and JUnit. In the alternative, employer will accept a related Master's degree plus 3 years experience in .NET Framework, Visual Studio, C#, VB.NET, LINQ, Java/J2EE, SQL Server, TFS, 2 years in WPF, WCF, IBM Eclipse IDE, Perforce, Nunit, and JUnit.

*Jobs involve relocation to various worksites throughout the US. *Some minimal travel may be required.
