Description
SUMMARY: The Developer III software developer is responsible for providing focus and skill resulting in the improvement of the GMCR business processes for Customer Relationship Management applications focused on supporting multi-business unit call center. This position is focused on systems analysis, business process analysis, information consistency, and technical development in Oracle Siebel and Fusion CRM to support process initiatives throughout the enterprise. The goal is to provide increasing value with decreasing costs over time to the users of the customer relationship management business process.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing Marketing and Sales systems expertise in designing and implementing technical solutions that focus on solving business needs related to Customer Relationship Management
Analyze business goals, rules, and processes across various information systems tools and technology
Simplify, enhance, engineer or re-engineer the business processes
Develop and maintain documents for requirements, design, implementation, and maintenance of the information systems tools and technology
Work hand in hand with business owners, other system developers and vendor support to insure optimization of marketing and sales systems in support of the Enterprise Systems Architecture
Develop or enhance information systems solutions as needed within Oracle systems such as Siebel CRM and Fusion CRM
Perform support, maintenance, and upgrades on information systems tools and technology in support of marketing and sales
Research, develop and/or enhance tools to monitor and maintain the health and reliability of the information systems
Acquire new skills and knowledge to stay at the fore front of information systems tools for marketing and sales
Research best practices and techniques to improve the business processes
OTHER NECESSARY FUNCTIONS:
Follows all policies, procedures, ergonomic standards and safety requirements directed by GMCR and the department.
Performs other duties as requested by management
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field
7+ years of software development experience with Siebel Technologies
Must have experience with Siebel Call Center environment leveraging Siebel Tools, Scripting, Workflows, Assignment Manager, Run Time Rules, Business Services and Siebel EAI
7+ years experience in systems analysis, business process re-engineering, and software development implementation in support of Customer Relationship Management processes ideally for a multi-business unit company
Experience with Enterprise Customer Relationship Management Applications, experience with Oracle Siebel
A clear grasp of the big picture in business, ability to see across business units and departments and follow the interaction between departments as business processes are executed
Experience in a matrix organization as part a larger enterprise preferred. Ability to work in a professional team environment
A passion for learning new technologies, applying technology in the solution of business problems and solving problems to root cause
Detail oriented with solid analytical, troubleshooting, organization and decision making skills
Strong communications skills (written and verbal), and comfortable presentation and speaking skills. Strong interpersonal skills; ability to develop/maintain productive business relationships
Ability to work a flexible schedule
Positive attitude with ability to work in a fast paced environment

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS:
Predominately sedentary light office position with high frequency of keyboarding/computer work required (67% - 100% of the workday)
Occasional travel as required (up to 20%)
Provide support outside normal business hours as required.
