Systems and Technology Group has openings for entry-level supply chain analysts and planners to support our hardware and semiconductor products. We develop industry-leading hardware for IBM Systems, storage, and related products. Supply chain analysts and planners participate in various aspects of the end-to-end supply chain for roles such as demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, asset protection, order management, production execution, logistics planning and execution, new product planning and accounts receivable.
ALL APPLICANTS MUST HAVE GRADUATION DATES OF JANUARY 2010 OR LATER.
Basic requirements: candidates should have strong analytical, systems (db2, MS office) and communication skills, and ability to work in a team based environment with global and remote team members. Team-based experience in any of the aforementioned supply chain disciplines and Lean is a plus. Candidates with at least 6 months of team-based working experience in a supply chain discipline are preferred. Candidates with higher-level degrees and degrees in Supply Chain Management or fields related to Supply Chain Management (for example, industrial engineering, operations management, business administration, computer science etc.) may also be considered.
