We are looking for a highly motivated, self-starter and independent person, who loves to work with clients, is extremely well organized, can manage multiple upgrade projects simultaneously and is an excellent communicator.
In this role the Upgrade Implementation Consultant would
Assist Enterprise upgrade clients in the system clinical design, build, testing, training and go-live activities
Consult on certified workflows and Meaningful Use workflows, review existing workflows and provide gap analysis
Develop positive relationship with client end users, physicians and project team during the upgrade process
Reviews milestone and work plan tasks status with Upgrade Project Manager and provide weekly status reports
Assist upgrade clients, if requested, with reviewing end-user training materials and guides
Job Requirements: Job Requirements:
Travel up to 25-50%; this position can be located in Burlington, VT, Raleigh, NC, Atlanta, GA or Chicago, IL!
Background in healthcare or health care information systems, specifically physician offices or clinic setting preferred
V11 Enterprise EHR experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communications, presentation skills, and customer relationship skills
The successful candidate must be able to work well within a team and effectively communicate with team members and with all levels within the client organization including leadership at large healthcare organizations
Highly organized
Experience with workflows: Analysis, Documentation, Clinical Design, Meaningful Use, and Product Configuration
Ability to work simultaneously on multiple upgrades
Work with Upgrade Project Managers to identify and resolve problems reported by the client, assist in staying with agreed timelines and budget to ensure project milestones are met and communicate with internal and client upgrade project teams
Provide timely response to upgrade requests on functionality, setup and clinical configuration during the upgrade process
Knowledge of clinical environments a definite plus
Clinical workflows & IT systems
Clinical business processes: Registration / Scheduling / Billing / Charges / Lab tests and results / Patient charts / Transcription / Encounter notes / Prescriptions
Clinical tools and information structures: Medcin templates / Resultables / Orderables
