Job: Window Server Web Support

In this position you will support the day to day operation of business and infrastructure of all systems and employees at all levels. This in-house position is a unique opportunity for a well rounded, team orientated, hands-on technical individual with the desire to be involved in all aspects of IT technology as well as applications and Microsoft server systems.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
(Other duties may be assigned)

* Support a remote hosted windows server including back end services hosting multiple websites, email services and merchant stores and shopping carts. You will work closely with the Graphics department to keep Websites up to date and functional as needed.
* Create and follow standard documented procedures for network maintenance and security procedures. Prepare regular reports of activities.
* Support user desktops and Windows servers

Qualifications:

* Web Support Skills: IIS, MySql, PHP, Web analytics, email management
* Windows IT Skills: Windows Active Directory, SQL, Windows Operating System
* Support, Microsoft Office Suite, scripting.

Education / Experience:

* Bachelor degree in Computer Science with 3 years in a Windows environment OR equivalent job experience.
* Microsoft Certifications are a plus.
