Your opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to join our Risk Advisory practice.
 This is an exciting new role that will support the COO and Executive Leadership of the Risk Advisory business. The successful appointee will also have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of change and transformation projects currently taking place within the RA business and across the internal finance function

Your role

Working with the COO office and executive leadership in a business partnering capacity, building relationships with the internal firm finance function to ensure the smooth running of the RA business

•Work on change and transformation projects as and when required, including a new finance system 
•Help the RA business work out processes and change impact of new initiatives 
•Consider impact of new financial reporting standards on new business models
•Successful business implementation of COO agenda 
•Implement new ways of improving reporting / MI
•Reporting on success factors and measuring performance

Location: St. Albans 

Suggested work pattern: 12 month fixed term contract, full time role.

Flexibility to travel to London is also required (maximum 2 days a week), but only when required by the business. 

Your professional experience

•You must be a qualified finance professional (CIMA, ACA, ACCA)
•You must also have experience of business partnering in a large, corporate organization 
•Professional services experience highly desirable but is not essential 
•A track record of networking and managing stakeholder relationships
•A willingness to embrace and enact change
•Experience of managing and leading teams is desirable
